These Terms and Conditions govern the access and use of services offered by Ur Web Support. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to comply with all the provisions described below.

1. Description of Services

  • Website Support and Maintenance: primarily for WordPress sites, including monitoring, updates, backups, and technical assistance.
  • Subscription Plans: we offer monthly and annual plans, as well as customized plans according to client needs.
  • Scope: services are provided remotely and include incident handling, technical inquiries, and optimization recommendations.

2. Eligibility and Subscription

  • To subscribe to our services, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Plans and costs are determined according to the complexity and volume of work of the project.

3. Payments and Renewals

  • Payment Methods: according to what is agreed with the client (monthly, annual, or customized).
  • Automatic Renewal: in plans with renewal, a recurring charge will be issued unless the client requests cancellation in advance.
  • Payment Delays: may affect the continuous provision of the service.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The client can request cancellation at any time by sending a written notification to payments@urweb.support.
  • Ur Web Support also reserves the right to cancel the service if these Terms are breached or if there are problems with payment.
  • Refund Policy: depends on the specific conditions agreed with the client. Generally, fees paid are non-refundable once the service period has begun, unless expressly agreed.

5. Responsibilities and Limitations

Ur Web Support's Responsibility:

  • Maintain in good condition the sites we manage, performing technical updates, backups, and required configurations.
  • Act in good faith regarding any problem or incident reported by the client, trying to resolve it as soon as possible.

Client's Responsibility:

  • Provide valid and updated access information (hosting credentials, WordPress, DNS, etc.).
  • Avoid negligent actions that could compromise the security or stability of the site (such as installing plugins of dubious origin, using insecure passwords, etc.).

Liability Limits:

  • Ur Web Support is not responsible for damages, losses, or incidents derived from client negligence or improper use of the site.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, as we depend on external factors (hosting providers, internet connectivity, etc.).
  • In no case will Ur Web Support be responsible for loss of profits, interruption of business activity, or indirect damages, whether foreseeable or not.

6. Use of Information

  • For the provision of the service, the client authorizes us to access and manage their websites, as well as store necessary information to carry out backups and reviews.
  • Client data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Modifications to the Terms

  • We may modify these Terms when necessary to comply with new legal provisions or reflect changes in our services.
  • When we make significant modifications, users will be notified or the 'Last updated' date at the beginning of the document will be updated.

8. Applicable Legislation

  • These Terms will be governed generally by the laws of the country in which Ur Web Support has its legal domicile (or as specified in the contract signed with each client).
  • Any dispute related to these Terms will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction of the place where Ur Web Support has its main headquarters, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
